An extraordinary story of faith, patience, forgiveness and reconciliation, it is based on the Quranic surah of 'Yusuf'. Young Yusuf is a dreamer. He's excited when his father tells him that Allah has a special plan for him which will one day make him a powerful and important man. But his brothers are so jealous that they do a terrible thing. Yusuf is sold into slavery in Egypt and then thrown into jail. Even when everything seems to go wrong, Yusuf holds on to his belief in Allah, and when the king needs someone to tell him the meaning of his strange dreams, Yusuf, may peace be on him, discovers that his father was right all along.
